This boat is just a stones throw away from the beach in South Dildo.

Old Coopers Supermarket. This store closed in the early 1990's. This building however, has recently been renovated, but what its being renovated for is still a mystery.

This Needs Store used to be called A&D, and is now one of the largest businesses in the area.

The Paint Shop is located next to needs Convenience. This location used to be a Chester Fried Chicken takeout.

This "WAS" the Salvation Army Thrift Store. However, since the closure of the Salvation Army Church in Blaketown, the store has since relocated to that location. This is now the location of the new "DISCOUNT STORE".

This is the local Fire department. This station is completely run by volunteers.

This is the Newfoundland Otter. (Shrimp Vessel) This boat unloads tons of shrimp once a month.

This is South Dildo's Whaling and Sealing museum. It contains many artifacts and tools of the age old Whaling & Sealing industry.

This Whale Sculpture was located on Confederation Hill in St. John's, and was donated to South Dildo.
